Baked Fish with Bulgur


4 Potatoes ( peeled, boiled, shredded )
1 cup bulgur
2 cups boiled water
1/2 cup parsley
2 eggs
2 tsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup olive oil
10 oz fish (2 can, I used tuna and salmon )
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp black pepper
3-4 green onion
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried dill
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp black caraway seeds
1/4 cup currants
1/4 cup walnuts

How to make it it?
In a bowl add boiled water in the bulgur. Wait 5 minutes, drain the water. Mix well shredded potatoes with egg and bulgur. Sprinkle black pepper and tomato paste. In a frying only a few minutes fry green onions, parsley and the fish. Add spices and currants into the mixture.
Grease a glass oven safe pan, put one layer bulgur mixture. Fill the fish on top. Then add one layer bulgur. Decorate with walnuts and cut even pieces.
Preheat the oven 360F. Bake the dish about 25 minutes in the oven.
