Bean Dessert

pinto beans

1 1/2 cups pinto beans (1 can : 15 oz = 425 gram, drained well)
1/4 cup dark chocolate powder, no sugar added
1/4 cup quick oats
1/4 cup corn meal
1/2 cup raisin
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup almonds, finely chopped
1/2 cup stevia
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp flax seed, crushed
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

In a food processor mix all ingredients.
Spay oil in a muffin tray. Fill the tray. Cook about 20 minutes in 380F.
