Breakfast egg



1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup feta cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
1/2 cup water

How to make it?
In a ceramic frying pan ( or teflon ) put olive oil and add spices, stir a minute then add egg, in two minutes add water and parsley flakes, in low heat cook about 10 minutes.

Serve with bread. This is a very healthy breakfast recipe for cancer patients. It has good protein, you can dip a slice of bread into the dish and savor the taste.
