Carrot Balls


3 large carrot ( boiled, smashed )
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1/ cup oat ( make it almost like flour with food processor )
1 large apple ( shredded )
1/4 cup Stevia
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp flax seed
1 tsp sesame seed ( optional )
1/2 cup raisin
1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all of it in a bowl. Make a shape of ball. Keep them in refrigerator.
