Chickpeas Dip – Vegetarian Meze

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes

1 can chickpeas ( 15 oz )
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cayenne
1+1/2 lime juice ( freshly squeezed)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp black pepper

Smash the chickpeas in the mixer. (Chickpeas precooked , boiled and drained).  In a frying pan pour olive oil, add spices. Then add chickpeas and mixed them. Stir occasionally. Cook cheakpeas  with lime juice about 15 minutes. Decorate with Italian spices.
Serve warm or cold.
