Coco Cookie

No Sugar Coco Cookie Recipe


1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup oat flour
1/3 cup whey protein
3 tbsp stevia
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp nutella
2 tbsp coco powder
1/3 cup almond butter
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp semi-sweet dark chocolate (optional)


In a large bowl, mix together egg, oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Then add flour, whey protein, coco powder, nutella , peanut butter, and almond butter in the mixture. Stir together. Add cinnamon, vanilla extract, and nutmeg mixed them. Preheat oven to 380 degrees F. Grease a large tray and put cookies on top with space between them. Decorate the top with chocolate Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.

1 Cup Sugar = 4 Tablespoons Stevia
