Coconut Flour Cookies

No sugar coconut flour cookies

Ingredients
1⁄2 cup coconut flour
1⁄2 cup whey protein powder
1⁄2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup oats
2 tsp flax meal
2 tbsp coconut butter
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp dark chocolate powder
1 tsp baking soda
4 drops stevia
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Combine yogurt, stevia and coconut butter in a bowl; add cocoa, beating until well blended. Then add flours, baking soda, protein powder, spices, oats, and raisins, mix well. Heat oven to 370°F. Lightly grease cookie tray. Roll out dough on a lightly floured work surface to a 1/4-inch thick. Cut into star-shape or flower shape cookie cutter or any other other shapes. Bake cookies until crisp, 16 to 18 minutes. Let cool on sheets on wire racks.
