Crunchy Healthy Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
1 tsp flax meal
1/2 tsp nigel seed
1/2 tsp sesame seed
1/4 tsp caraway seed
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup whey protein
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp corn meal
2 tbsp raisin
1 slice dried papaya, chopped finely
1/4 cup almond meal
1 tsp baking powder

In a large bowl, mix together oil, yogurt, and rice vinegar. Then add flours, whey protein in the mixture. Stir together. Add raisin, papaya and mixed them. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir again. Preheat oven to 360 degrees F. Grease the muffin tray and cups should be at least 3/4 full. Decorate the top with sesame seeds. Bake for about 16 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
