Dark chocolate muffin

Dark chocolate muffin recipe


1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup raisin
2/3 cup dates
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond meal
1/3 cup dark chocolate
1/4 cup protein powder (whey protein)
2 packet stevia ( I used SweetLeaf® )
4 oz applesauce
1/2 tsp cinnamon


In a bowl, mix together egg, oil, applesauce and milk. Then add flour, whey protein in the mixture. Stir together. Add dried fruits, chocolate and mixed them. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir again. Preheat oven to 360 degrees F. Grease the muffin tray and cups should be at least 3/4 full. Bake for 18 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
