Date Muffin


Rich Protein Date Muffin Recipe


1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 package baking dates, diced 13 oz /375 gr
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup mulberry molasses
1 tsp lime zest
1 banana
1 baking powder
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp black caraway seeds
1/2 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract


In a large bowl, mix together egg, oil, milk, molasses and vanilla extract. Add dates and banana, mixed them. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir again. Preheat oven to 360 degrees F. Grease the muffin tray and cups should be at least 3/4 full. Decorate the top with caraway seeds. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
