Fish Balls – Kofte

Samon and Tuna Fish Kofte

1 can Tuna ( drain the water out of the can ) 5oz = 142 gr
1 can Salmon ( drain the water out of the can ) 6oz = 170 gr
2 large eggs
1 medium potato ( boiled, smashed )
1/2 cup corn kern
1/3 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup green chili pepper, diced
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp black papper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried basil
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp dried dill
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cups water

How to make it?
In a frying pan fry the onions and peppers a few minutes in an olive oil. Add tomato paste, corn, tomato paste, parsley and water. Let it cook in slow heat.
In a large bowl mix fish, eggs, boiled potato, spices, breadcrumbs, then make balls with your hand.
Once you made all kofte balls, add into boiled onion water, cook about 10-15 minutes with the lid the on. Do not over cook.
