Flax Seeds Muffin Recipe


1/4 cup mineral water
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 banana
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 /2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp pineapple jam
1 tsp molasses
2 tbsp currants
1 tbsp black caraway seeds
2 tsp flax seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries

In a large bowl, mix together egg, oil, mineral water, molasses and vanilla extract. Add dried fruits, mixed them. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir again. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease muffin tray or any other small cake tray if you do not have muffin tray. Cups should be at least 3/4 full. Decorate the top with caraway seeds and currants. Bake for 25 to 28 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
