Flying long hours

Hello,
After 25 hours sleepless, ( going 4 airports; Izmir “ADB” -> Istanbul “IST” -> New York “JFK” -> Portland “PDX” ) changing 4 airplanes, finally I am back to Portland.
Naturally, I am jet lag. It feels good to be landed finally.
I will be working normal hours on Monday.
Just letting you know.

PS: I think flying more than 10 hours, really turns into pain.
