Fruit Muffin Recipe

Fruit Muffins

Cook Time: 22 minutes

3 large peaches ( fresh  diced, or use can peach, smashed)
1 orange zest ( freshly grated )
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup farina flour
2 cups cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raisin
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
2 tsp baking powder

In a large bowl, mix together brown sugar, cornstarch and vanilla extract. Add diced peaches, mixed them. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease muffin tray or any other small cake tray if you do not have muffin tray. Cups should be at least 3/4 full. Sprinkle raisins and sesame seeds on top of the muffins. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
