Healthy Seedy Muffin

Seedy Muffin Recipe


1/2 cup condensed milk
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup wheat flour
1 /3 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp almond meal
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp flax seeds
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup raisin
1/2 cup dried cranberry

In a large bowl, mix together egg, oil, milk, sugar and vanilla extract. Add dried fruits, mixed them. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir again. Preheat oven to 360 degrees F. Grease muffin tray or any other small cake tray if you do not have muffin tray. Cups should be at least 3/4 full. Decorate the top with sesame seeds. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
