Simple healthy granola bar recipe without cooking it.
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup oats
1/2 cup granola
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup peanuts
5 dried apricot
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sesame seed
1 tsp chia seed
1 tbsp flax seed
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
In a saucepan, heat the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil over low heat, stirring often until the peanut butter is melted and the ingredients are well mixed (only about 2 minutes). Remove from heat. In a bowl, put all dry remaining ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) and mix well.
Pour peanut butter mixture into the bowl and mix with a wood spatula. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Then add the chocolate chips into the mixture. Press the mixture into a glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
