Hot Winter Soup – vegetarian recipe
2 tbsp Eleni’s Kitchen Kulet Red Pepper Hot Sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup red lentil
1/3 cup dried mushroom
1/4 cup vermicelli noodles
1/2 cup Chinese cabbage leaves ( slides small pieces )
4 cups water
1/2 tsp black pepper
How to make the winter soup?
In a deep pot pour water and Eleni’s Kitchen Kulet Red Pepper Hot Sauce, dissolve it in low heat. Add rest of the ingredients. Let it cook about 25 minutes. Then add vinegar and black pepper. Lower the heat, cook another 5 minutes.
