How to disable comments on your WordPress site?
Many of my clients as me how do I make comments “turned off” by default on my site?
There are several ways to do that.
You can individually uncheck on page or post before you publish it or even after.
All you have to do go to all Post or all Pages click on any page/post name quick edit button then uncheck Allow Comments radio button.
If you know php, you can also add php code to remove comments from your site.
You can visit this page to learn these codes: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/turn-off-comments-on-pages-by-default
Another way to do it is using a plugin to remove comments.

This plugin allows administrators to globally disable comments on any post type (posts, pages, attachments, etc.) so that these settings cannot be overridden for individual posts. It also removes all comment-related fields from edit and quick-edit screens. On multisite installations, it can be used to disable comments on the entire network.
