It is the best smooth leek dish!
1 large leek, wash well, chopped small pieces
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
1 cup goat cheese
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup pasta ( thin noodles cook easier )
2 tbsp vegetable oil
In a large pan, fried leek over medium heat about 3-5 minutes. Then add almond milk, water pasta, and spices. Cook in slow heat about 15 minutes. Serve warm.
