Lentil, Chickpeas, Barley in the oven

Lentil, Chickpeas Nutritious Recipe
1/2 cup barley, boiled
1/2 cup green lentil, boiled
1/4 cup split peas, boiled
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 can chickpeas, cooked ( or 1+1/2 cup boiled chickpeas )
1 cup fresh parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup black kalamata pitted olives
1/2 lemon juice
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Boil barley, green lentil, split peas and chickpeas ahead of time to make this dish. In a large bowl, put all ingredients and mix them well. Then put those mixture in a blender. Make it smooth and soft. In a large oven tray spray the bottom with olive oil. Put breadcrumbs in a large plate, take one spoon full of the mixture, cover with bread, put inside the tray. On top of them sprinkle sesame seeds.
Cook about 15 minutes 400F. Serve warm.
