Lentil Dish

Lentil Dish – Vegetarian

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes

1 + 1/2 cup wheat  (precooked , boiled and drained)
1 can diced Tomatoes ( 14.5 oz/ 411 gr)
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp curry sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/3 cup green lentil (precooked , boiled and drained)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup water
In a thick bottom pan saute the onion.  Add diced tomatoes and mixed them.
Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Cook in slow heat about 45 minutes until wheat mixture absorb the juice .
Serve warm.
