Light Banana Muffin

Banana Muffin Recipe


1 cup white flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 condensed milk
1/2 cup dried raspberry
2 bananas, ripen
1+1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp vegetable oil


How to make the muffin?

In a large bowl, combine the sugar, vanilla extract, vegetable oil and milk, stir well with a mixer.

Add flour, bananas, baking powder and rasberries. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
The dough should not be too thick.

Spray a large pan with non-stick cooking spray. Fill the muffin cups. Leave a bit room on top.
Bake 360°F for about 20 minutes.

Let it cool off 5 minutes. Then you can remove the muffins from the pan.
