Banana and dried fruits muffin


1 cup all purpose white flour
1/3 cup corn flour
1 tbsp mineral water
1/2 cup fruit bites
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
1/3 cup apple sauce
1 banana
1 small lime juice
2 tbsp pecan (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp molasses

Fruity muffin

In a large bowl, mix together brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Add milk, oil, molasses and apple sauce, mixed them. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease muffin tray or muffin cups. Cups should be at least 3/4 full. Then decorate with pecans. Bake for 22 to 26 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
