Milky Leek

Milky Leek Recipe:
2 large leek, wash well, chopped small pieces
1 cup milk ( I use fat free )
1 cup water
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup rice
3 tbsp olive oil

leek meal

In a large pan, fry the leek over medium heat about 3-5 minutes. Then add milk, water, rice, cheese, and spices. Cook in slow heat about 25 minutes. Serve warm.
