Miso Soup Recipe ( Tofu based )
3 cups water
2 tbsp miso paste
1/4 cup dried Wakame seaweed
1/2 (4 ounce) package tofu, diced
2 green onion (chopped)
1 tsp aged tofu paste
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine miso paste, aged tofu, water; dissolve paste and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, add tofu and green onion. Cook a few minutes and add wakame seaweeds let it cook only 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot.
