Napa Cabbage Soup

2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup basil pesto
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cups water
1 napa cabbage, chopped
1 potato, chopped

How to make it?
In a pressure cooker put all ingredients. Cook about 30 minutes. When it is done, pour the soup in a blender, blend on Medium Low for 30 seconds. This gives the soup smooth texture. Serve warm.
