Apple Sauce Protein Cookie Recipe


2 eggs
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup farina
1/2 cup whey protein
5 tbsp stevia
1+ 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp hazelnut syrup
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup raisin
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup semi-sweet dark chocolate


In a large bowl, mix together eggs, coconut oil, apple sauce, hazelnut syrup, and vanilla extract. Then add flours, whey protein, stevia, baking powder, almond butter and spices in the mixture. Stir together. Then add chocolate and raisin in it. Mix with a spoon. Preheat oven to 360 degrees F. Grease a large tray and put cookies on top with space between them. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
