Nut Farina Dessert

Ingredients

1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup farina flour ( or Malt-O-Meal )
1/2 cup semolina flour
1/4 cup Malt-O-Meal
1 tbsp almond meal
3 packets Stevia ( 2 packets = 1 tsp )
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond crushed
2/3 cup walnuts, crushed finely
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
1/2 tsp flax seeds
1/4 cup raisin

For the syrup:
1 + 1/2 cup of orange juice (fresh squeezed or made with frozen juice)
10 drops Stevia
1 small lemon juice

In a bowl mix egg, oil, milk, yogurt, and sugar together.Then add rest of the ingredients. Put half of the walnuts on top of the mixture after you filled in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake about 20 minutes at 360F. Wait 10 minutes, then add orange juice on top of warm baked farina. Sprinkle rest of the walnuts on top. Serve warm or cold, but keep it refrigerated.
