Oat Muffins


High Fiber Oat Muffin Recipe


1/4 cup Almond flour
1 cup oats
1 egg
3 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup raisin
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp hazelnut syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup white chocolate (optional)

In a deep bowl, mix together egg, oil, sugar and milk. Then add flour, baking powder. Add the raisin and flax seeds, mixed them well. Preheat oven to 370 degrees F. Grease muffin tray. Cups should be at least 3/4 full. Bake for 22 minutes in the preheated oven or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
