Peanuts Granola Bar

No Baking Peanut Granola Bar Recipe

1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup granola
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp chopped almonds
1 cup raisins
1 cup peanuts
1 tbsp sesame seed
10 drops stevia
2 tbsp shredded coconut flakes


In a saucepan, heat the peanut butter, almond butter and coconut oil over low heat, stirring often until the peanut butter is melted and the ingredients are well mixed (only about 2 minutes). Remove from heat. In a bowl, put all dry remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour peanut butter mixture into the bowl and mix with a spatula. Let it cool for a few minutes. Press the mixture into a glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
