Protein Cookies with oats

No sugar protein cookies

Ingredients

1 tsp flax meal
1/2 tsp nigel seed, ( ground )
1/2 tsp sesame seed
1/2 cup whey protein
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp dark chocolate powder
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 cup apple sauce
2 tbsp coconut butter
1 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp raisin
2 tbsp hazelnut syrup
1 tbsp stevia
3 slices dried mango, chopped finely
1/3 cup almond meal
1 tsp baking powder

Combine hazelnut flour, stevia, apple sauce, parmesan cheese and coconut butter in a bowl; add cocoa, beating until well blended. Then add flours, baking soda, protein powder, spices, oats, and mango, raisins, mix well. Heat oven to 360°F. Lightly grease cookie tray. Roll out dough on a lightly floured work surface to a 1/4-inch thick. Cut into star-shape or flower shape cookie cutter or any other other shapes. Bake cookies until crisp, 15 to 17 minutes. Let cool on sheets on wire racks.
