Resizing Photos

When you have a WordPress site and you like to create a photo gallery, you should not try to upload photos to your website as it is ( large size photos ) from your camera. The image size will be too big for WordPress, most likely program will give error. Instead you should create a folder, resize images and give meaning names to images. It will be easier to organize them in your site if you give good names, otherwise the camera images names will be like this: DSC12345, DSC5678, DSC45678, etc. In long run, when you have many photos and photo galleries on your website, it will be too difficult to handle them, if the names are bunch of numbers : IMG_123, IMG_789, IMG_987.

So if you need to resize bunch of photos and you are using MAC, then you should download free iResize app.
