Soft, sweet and hot muffin recipe


1/4 cup milk
4-5 pieces dried apricot, (cut into small pieces)
1 egg
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup oats
1 + 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
t tbsp grape molasses
1/3 cup sugar
1 + 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisin
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup cream cheese (I have used jalapeño cream cheese if you do not have this kind, you might add 1 jalapeño, diced into tiny pieces)

How to make the muffin?
Heat oven to 360°F.
Beat egg with sugar and coconut oil. Combine flour, baking powder and oats in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients.
Stir well until flour is moistened. Grease muffin tray before filling. Cups should be at least 3/4 full. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the top.
Bake about 25 minutes. Let it stand 2-3 minutes.
