Spicy Pesto

I am growing lots of herbs in my garden. Best way to keep them a long time in my refrigerator is making a jar of pesto!

Spicy pesto recipe
2 cups of fresh basil leaves, washed carefully
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh chives
1/3 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup of pine nuts
1/4 cup of walnuts
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried dill
1/4 cup grated (super fine) Parmesan cheese

Wash basil leaves and parsley leaves thoroughly. Let them dry. In a blender, place basil, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper and pine nuts. Blend until all ingredients chopped finely. Add olive oil into the mixture. Keep it in a glass jar in your refrigerator. It makes about 200gr pesto.
