Spinach Dip Recipe

Spinach Dip – Vegetarian Meze

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

1 package chopped spinach ( frozen leaf spinach package 10 oz )
1 cup plain yogurt
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp dried mint
1/4 tsp black pepper

In a deep skillet, pour olive oil and add spices. in 30 sec add chopped spinach. Fry the spinach about 10 minutes. In a deep bowl put yogurt stir with spoon. Add spinach into the yogurt mix well. Sprinkle  dried mint on top if you like.
