Spinach with Tofu

Spinach Tofu Dish Recipe

1/4 cup condensed milk
1 large egg
1/2 package firm tofu, diced
1/2 tsp rock salt
1 can spinach ( or frozen package )
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 paprika
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup corn kernels
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1 roasted red pepper
2 tbsp fresh basil leaves, chopped
5-6 small sweet green peppers
3-4 green onions, chopped

In a large frying pan add green onions and peppers, stir well , sprinkle rock salt, turmeric and paprika in it. Add roasted pepper, chopped greens and spinach. Then add tofu, milk and egg. Let it cook slow heat abour 15-20 minutes. When milk evaporated, turn off the stove and serve warm.
