No Sugar Added Mandarin Dessert Recipe


1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup farina
1/4 cup whey protein
1/4 cup Malt-O-Meal
2 tbsp almond meal
2 packets Stevia
1/4 cup unsalted cashew
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract

For the syrup:
1 cup of freshly squeezed mandarin
4 packets Stevia

First of all in a bowl mix egg, oil, yogurt and farina together.Then add rest of the ingredients. Bake about 20 minutes at 360F.
Meanwhile squeeze all mandarins and mix well with Stevia. Make sure Stevia dissolved inside the juice.

When baking is done cool of about 10 minutes. Add the juice on top of it. It is important that the baked dessert should be warm not hot.
