Baked Tofu with Zucchini
2 hot green chili peppers, finely chopped
2 zucchini, finely chopped
1/4 bread crumbs
1 can tuna fish (5 oz, =141 gr)
1 pkg tofu (16 oz= 454 gr), smashed
1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes ( you can can in olive oil)
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 cups water
Add salt and ground black pepper to taste
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, chop them finely. In a baking dish mix tofu, grated zucchini,
bread crumbs, tuna and peppers. Put parsley flakes and sun dried tomatoes on top.
Add water and spices. Bake in oven 350F for about 30 minutes.
