I offer WordPress blog site customization and set up for my clients. I generally do CSS customizations on the WordPress templates, (WordPress.org themes ) which comes free. Specifically I edit CSS, therefore I can change font sizes, font type, font style, color,  as well as site colors, background images. I can do all kind of CSS and image modifications like color scheme changes, logo changes, banner creation, background changes. However I  avoid making php function changes, (modification of theme elements, flash works like header and banner etc.)
I can arrange navigation menu structure, landing pages, add main navigation (more static pages) pages into the blog area.  I also  do installations ( setting up database, creating folders, pointing the domain to correct directory, backing up database, archiving the content, etc.), on going support for blogs based on hourly fee and integration with third party plugins. I do not design and develop custom WordPress themes nor plugins yet. I do not write php codes; such as for membership sites, review sites, shopping business sites, etc. I create WordPress tutorials. I work with MAC and PC.
