Zucchini Wraps

Baked Zucchini Wraps Recipe

1 Package Egg Roll Wraps ( I used Nasoya egg roll wraps )
4 zucchini ( shred or chop finely)
1/2 cup parsley
1 cup crumbled feta (or any Mexican milky cheese)
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp oregano

Using on top of egg roll wraps:
Spray vegetable oil
1 large egg

In a food processor chop zucchinis with parsley. In a bowl combine zucchini mix with herb, spices and cheeses. Fill the wraps with this mixture. Spay oil to an oven tray, place all wraps there. Lightly brush the tops with oil and egg. Heat oven to 360° F. Bake them until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
